Check Your Matter Status

Enter your CAB reference number and 6-digit PIN to see the current stage of your matter. The same PIN we sent on WhatsApp and email when you submitted your request.

Look Up Status

If you do not have a reference number yet, please submit a request first — your reference number and PIN are sent on WhatsApp and email within a few minutes.

Why a PIN? The PIN keeps your matter status private. We sent it to you on WhatsApp and email when you submitted your request. If you cannot find it, click Resend PIN below and a fresh PIN will be sent to your WhatsApp and email.
